All unstitched orders within Pakistan are delivered in 3–5 business days via our trusted courier partners.

International Delivery Time:
For international orders, delivery can take 7–10 business days for all unstitched products.

Pre-Booked Orders:
Pre-booked unstitched items will be delivered within 7–10 business days after order confirmation.

Shipping Method:
We use reliable and well-known courier services, selected based on your location, to ensure timely and safe delivery of your order.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping across Pakistan. International shipping charges will be calculated based on your delivery address at checkout.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can stay updated on your delivery.

Exchange & Return

✅ We only sell unstitched outfits. If you’d like to place a stitched order, please contact us before ordering so we can guide you.

✅ Our pieces are high-quality master replicas/copies of top brands. Most of our articles are hand-embroidered, so they are delicate and may have slight variations (around 15%-20%) compared to the pictures.

✅ Unstitched outfits can be exchanged for other outfits (subject to availability).

❌ We do not offer refunds for any orders.

✅ If needed, we do offer store credit of the same value, which can be used for any future purchase.

❌ Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.

❌ Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
